Plastic Waste Management Rules (Second Amendment) 2023

Effective from 30 October 2023, the Plastic Waste Management (Second Amendment) Rules, 2023, notified under the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986, introduce a digital-first compliance framework and traceable plastic waste governance across India.
